Pilot Selects Helipad on App
The Pilots App triggers a PPR request together with an helipad indemnity and details of PIC, POB and ETA data displayed in chronological order: on the Helipad Operator’s Dashboard with any extra service requests if required.

PPR Received
Helipad owner or Operator reviews their helipad situation. If all criteria is fulfilled, the Controller/Manager clicks “Approved” on the Ok2land Helipad Controller’s dashboard. The pilot is notified through the App and Email and touches the Start Flight button. Landing fee is blocked off the pilot’s or helicopter operator’s account and released automatically on touch down. This avoids paperwork and admin tasks and the fees are immediately in your account.
ETA & POB with PPR
Ok2land supplies free to the Operator, an exclusive cloud based Dashboard. All ETAs are listed chronologically as Up Coming Landings on the Dashboard. This allows the Helipad operator to prepare for the incoming helicopters ensuring a smooth traffic flow no matter how intense traffic may be, even at the busiest of Events as our AI driven system operates faster than the best of personnel and nobody needs to handle financial transactions. FBO services, if required, are smoothly transmitted to the dashboard, and can be displayed on multi screens to enable everyone to efficiently carry out the tasks required to create satisfied clients with safety first
Pilot flies to destination
The OK2LAND system ensures that all necessary permissions and information have been processed, enhancing safety in Final Approach and Takeoff (FATO) areas and approach and departure paths. Pilots can safely fly to the designated destination knowing that a slot is waiting without any frustrating holding manoeuvres and ensure an efficient flow at large events.
Helipad Collects Landing Fee
Upon a helicopter’s touch down, the Helipad automatically collects the pre-blocked off landing fee. OK2LAND's automated system simplifies this process by providing accurate and timely information, ensuring that fees are collected efficiently and transparently. It issues an SMS and Email invoice for the pilot and the helicopter operator. No paperwork, no mistakes, no cash or card transactions, and no human error or potential disputes.
FBO with pre-arrival information and needs
OK2LAND also assists your FBO or staff with pre-arrival information and any special needs. This increases efficiency and eliminates mistakes and increase the quality of your services for very discerning or high security customers.
